Refund Policy

1. Overview

ChirpnBirdies, LLC (“ChirpnBirdies,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an event registration and management platform for disc golf tournaments and related events. We facilitate registration and payment processing through our platform, but we are not the seller, organizer, or financial beneficiary of the events. Refunds are the sole responsibility of the event organizers (“Event Hosts”).

2. Organizer-Controlled Refunds

Each Event Host sets their own refund and cancellation policy. This policy may vary by event and is typically listed on the event’s registration page or within confirmation communications. By registering for an event, you agree to the refund terms set by that specific Event Host.

ChirpnBirdies does not process or guarantee refunds on behalf of event organizers. All refund requests, disputes, or adjustments must be handled directly between the participant and the Event Host.

3. Payment Processing

All payments made through the ChirpnBirdies platform are processed securely via Stripe. ChirpnBirdies does not store or control credit card or banking information. Any approved refund from the Event Host will be issued through Stripe’s payment processing system, subject to their policies and timelines.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Locate the event confirmation email or event listing page.
  2. Find the contact information for the Event Host or Tournament Director.
  3. Contact the Host directly to request a refund or explain your situation.

If you cannot reach the Event Host or have technical issues, you may contact us at [email protected] and we will assist in connecting you with the Event Host, but we cannot authorize, guarantee, or issue refunds ourselves.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Platform registration fees or service fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.

6. Event Cancellations or Changes

In the event an organizer cancels or significantly changes an event, participants will be notified by the Event Host. Any refunds or credits in those cases are managed by the Event Host. ChirpnBirdies is not responsible for cancellations, rescheduling, or unfulfilled events.

7. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact the Event Host first. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact your financial institution or file a dispute through Stripe. ChirpnBirdies will cooperate with all parties to help facilitate a fair resolution but does not make refund determinations.
