Optional data such as location or PDGA number may also be provided. Payment information is handled by Stripe, and ChirpnBirdies does not store or have access to your full card details.

We collect IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security and analytics. Cookies are used to maintain sessions and improve the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
4. Payment Processing (via Stripe)

We provide an integrated email system allowing event hosts to send participants important updates or promotional messages. Transactional emails (like event reminders) are essential, while promotional messages always include an unsubscribe link. ChirpnBirdies facilitates delivery but is not responsible for the content or compliance of messages sent by hosts.

We retain data as long as necessary to operate the Service or meet legal obligations. Upon account deletion, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics.
